Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia.

Standard Shipping: $10 AUD

Express Shipping: $15 AUD

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within approximately 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date your order is placed.

Please note that Express Shipping refers to the shipping method only and does not guarantee express or priority processing. Orders selecting Express Shipping will still be processed within the standard processing timeframe.

During peak periods, sales, product launches or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we will notify you where possible.
During holiday periods, there is a banner at the top of the page that indicates if there will be any delays in shipping times.

Shipping Method and Delivery

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, Australia Post will send your tracking number directly to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking information to update in the Australia Post system.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post network conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, weather events or other factors outside of our control.

We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched if you have entered the wrong delivery address.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available if selected at checkout.

If you choose Local Pickup, please email [email protected] to arrange a suitable pickup time.

Pickup location is our office in Bakery Hill, Victoria.

Pickup times are by appointment only.

Orders will not be available for collection until you receive confirmation from us.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, responsibility for delivery rests with them.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly using your tracking number. We are happy to assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee outcomes for shipping issues beyond our control.
