We warrant the quality of our products however, if you receive an item that is faulty, or not as it should be, we will happily exchange your product.
Our refund and returns policy on books lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exclusion of Refund:
The course and all materials included are subject to copyright. If any course materials, tools, or templates provided as part of the course have been downloaded within this 24-hour period, the participant is ineligible for a refund. This condition is necessary to protect our intellectual property and course content. If you download any of our tools and/or and templates we assume you have found them helpful.
Processing of Refund:
Upon receiving a refund request that meets our policy criteria, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that a $20 administration fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover processing expenses.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. We aim to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return of funds.
Post-Cooling Off Period:
No refunds will be offered after the 24-hour cooling-off period has lapsed. We encourage participants to review the course content and structure within this timeframe to ensure it meets their expectations and requirements.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests, including but not limited to the following:
Users who have been banned from the private Facebook group
A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded before the request was made
1:1 coaching was obtained
Course Access:
Following a refund, access to the course and private Facebook group will be revoked immediately.
