1. Terms for Freelancers (Paid Listings)

1.1 Eligibility

To be listed in the Directory, you must be a professional freelancer offering services relevant to authors, such as illustration, editing, design, marketing, or similar.

1.2 Listing Fee

Freelancers agree to pay an annual fee for a 12-month listing.

Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Little Ivory Haus chooses not to approve or renew a listing.

1.3 Content of Listings

Freelancers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listing information, including contact details, portfolio links and pricing (if disclosed).

Listings must be truthful, professional and not misleading. Little Ivory Haus reserves the right to edit or decline content that does not meet standards.

1.4 Conduct & Service Standards

Freelancers must conduct themselves professionally and deliver services directly to clients under their own business terms.

Little Ivory Haus does not mediate disputes, guarantee work quality or endorse specific freelancers.

1.5 Removal of Listings

Little Ivory Haus reserves the right to remove any listing at any time without refund if a freelancer is found to breach these terms, behave unprofessionally, or engage in unethical practices.

2. Disclaimer for Members & Users

2.1 Independent Engagements

Freelancers listed in the Directory are independent contractors. Any contract, communication, or engagement entered into is strictly between the member (client) and the freelancer.

2.2 No Guarantee

While Little Ivory Haus reviews freelancer applications, we do not guarantee the quality, timeliness or outcome of work.

Members are encouraged to carry out their own due diligence before engaging a freelancer.

2.3 Liability

Little Ivory Haus accepts no liability for disputes, dissatisfaction, loss, or damages arising from freelancer engagements.

All agreements, payments and deliverables are handled directly between the client and the freelancer.

3. General Provisions

By applying to be listed, freelancers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

By viewing and using the Directory, members acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.

Little Ivory Haus may update these terms at any time and updates will be published on the Directory page.
